Ventured in year 1996 with Hospitality sector as base and creativity as passion for serving entertainment world, our board of directors are proud partners of revolutionary change in approach in entertainment world in native town Jalgaon, which is district place in northern Maharashtra of India located far near to world famous historic Ajanta Caves. Entertainment industry witnessing downfall during this period witnessed revoluationary experiments of fine combination of Entertainment and Hopsitality by offering of free coffee and personalised tables along thereby generating all new potential clients for visiting/ viewing cinemas.

Our Directors' first venture was 75 seater single screen theater in 1996 and later extended it to 235 seats in 1999. Our first miniplex was launched in year 2007 and follows many other projects in year 2008, 2011 and year 2012. We have proven record of successful venturing and completion of projects on revenue sharing and turn-key basis. Our clientele has achieved status symbol with their theaters running successfully and earning good profits.
