Terms and Conditions/ Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cinema World offers wide range of services/ products to its clientele. Please refer to our terms and conditions below before ordering our products/ services:

1) All Products sold on Cinema World are warranted to be of nature/ quality as quoted by Manufacturer in detailed product description.

2) Product warranty/ Guarantee: Products sold by Cinema World bears replacement/ service warranty depending on nature of product and terms specified during ordering. Please refer to respective product service terms before ordering.

3) Products with Onsite service: Cinema world avails onsite service for product quantity above 50 or sum of Rs. 50,000 and above. In case, product needing service is below parameter specified herein above, customer has to bear travelling and accomodation (if required) cost of service executive. No service cost shall be charged.

4) Products needing replacement: In case product delivered reaches in damaged condition or has certain manfacturing defect, Cinema world will replace the same and transportation cost of the same shall be borne by Cinema World.
In case product replacable parts gets damaged after starting use of it and given part is not in wear-tear class, Cinema world shall replace product and travelling and accomodation (if required) cost of the same has to be borne by client.

5) All Levies like Transportation from nearest Cinema World depot, Octroi/ Municipal taxes and any such applicable tax at receiving end shall be paid by client.

6) Shipment/ Delivery time: Products dispatch and shipping time from our end shall be variable as per prduct delivery terms specified in product details. Shipment will be done in Insured mode only and Cinema World shall hold responsibility in event of loss/ theft of products shipped to client.

7) Product/ services mentioned on our website cost includes applicable Value Added Tax (VAT)/ Central Sales Tax (CST)/ Service Tax as applicable.

8) Products sold to client are for exclusive use of client only. In case client misuses product for reverse engineering or copying product, warranty of the product shall be void and manufacturer of respective product can file legal complaint on the same.

9) Product Warranty stands void in event product is opened by unauthorised service personnel, client end personnel opens/ tears product, product gets wet in water and by any other misuses of product. Product warranty is solely for manufacturing defects only.

10) Cinema World expertise service cost mentioned on respective pages in website includes specification of service as per scope given.

11) Any client making online payment for service to be taken from Cinema World has to order at least 24hours in advance. Service ordered on national holidays/ weekends and other than business hours (11am to 8pm IST) shall be executed/ responded on next business working day.

12) Any service ordered to Cinema World can be cancelled prior to confirmation of Appointment/ schedule for the same. No refund shall be availed in such cases. However client can submit request for rescheduling of Appointment/ service execution for maximum two times.

13) All services executed by Cinema World will have English or Hindi language as pure means of communication. No other Language/ communication means shall be treated for execution.

14) Cinema World shall not be responsible for any sort of inadvertant failure in communication media during execution of service. However in such a case Cinema world shall avail complimentary rescheduling of service.

15) Cinema World shall dispatch Printed hard copy of service Invoice along with relevant Printed material for service executed by its team as per specification given in service terms. Postage/ Courier of the same shall be paid by Cinema World.

16) Cinema World team shall mutually confirm client regarding communication and execution timing for requested service and means of communication and who shall execute the same.

17) All disputes shall be subjected to Jalgaon(Maharashtra) India Jurisdiction only

Privacy Policy:

Cinema World honours every Customer's privacy with utmost care and attention. Information shared on Cinema World website remains strictly confidential. Products delivery related information submitted to Cinema World shall be shared with our depots for executing of orders only.

Client ordering on Cinema World website confirms that he/ she is opting in Cinema World products/ services on his/ her own. Cinema World shall send SMS, Email, Voice calls and other communications from time to time to update clients on its various products and services. Cinema World reserves right to communicate festive greetings/ event based communication to all clients ordering and enquiring on its website for a span of 1year from last order/ enquiry date.

In case Client wish to unsubscribe communication from Cinema World, he/ she shall send a revert email to Cinema World stating request to unsubscribe. Cinema World shall stop all such communication within 7days from receipt of such requests.
